CAD model of the jaws for the pad machine

The CAD model of the grips for the drop weight tower was created with  using topological optimization. Subsequently, these jaws were deposited from Ti-6Al-4V material on an InssTek MX600 machine. After printing, heat treatment and machining of functional surfaces was performed.
